This page explains how long Neuroshelf keeps each kind of data and when it is removed.

Your private seller data

Sales, costs, stock levels, profit figures, listings and settings belong to you. We keep them only while your account is active. After you disconnect Amazon or cancel your account, or whenever you ask us, we delete them within 30 days.

Amazon authorization tokens

Login with Amazon (LWA) refresh tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect Neuroshelf, so we can no longer access your seller account.

Shared public market data

We store public marketplace signals — sales rank (BSR), offer counts and prices, and Buy Box status — for up to 5 years to calculate rank history and sold-days estimates. This data describes products, not sellers, and is never linked to any customer account.

Backups

Backups are encrypted and rolled over within 30 days, so deleted data also disappears from backups within that window.

Buyer information

We do not collect buyer personally identifiable information such as names, addresses or phone numbers.
