This policy explains how Neuroshelf ("we", "us"), collects and uses information when you use neuroshelfai.com and the Neuroshelf app.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email and billing details processed by our payment provider.
• Amazon seller data: after you authorize via Amazon's Selling Partner API, we access listings, offers, inventory, fees, shipment and financial summaries needed to provide the service.
• Public market data: sales rank, offers and Buy Box information for products.
• Usage data: basic logs and device information for security and reliability.

What we don't collect

We do not request Amazon restricted roles for buyer personally identifiable information (names, addresses, phone numbers of your customers).

How we use information

Only to provide, secure and improve Neuroshelf: repricing, listing, shipments, reporting and support. We do not sell your data and do not use your private seller data to benefit other customers.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host or operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting, payments) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention & deletion

When you disconnect Amazon or close your account, we revoke access and delete your private seller data within 30 days, except where required by law. Email us to request deletion at any time.
