These Terms govern your use of Neuroshelf, provided by Neuroshelf ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Neuroshelf provides software tools for Amazon sellers. Neuroshelf is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon. You are responsible for complying with Amazon's policies.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions, trial & cancellation

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Paid plans (Pro $99/month, Business $199/month) are billed monthly in advance after the trial unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not give partial or prorated refunds, except at our discretion or where required by law.

Your data

You own your seller data. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Repricing responsibility

You set rules, floors and limits. We are not liable for pricing outcomes, lost sales or marketplace actions resulting from your settings.

Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, abuse, scraping of the service or illegal use.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
